CUSTOM TECH ACCESSORIES - CASEAPP REVIEW

A few weeks ago I received an unexpected email in my inbox from CaseApp, a Swedish company specialising in custom phone cases and laptop skins - the lovely team asked me if I wanted to collaborate with them and design my own items. I've always chosen safety over style when it comes to my phone cases, apart from two years ago when I opted for the latter and proceeded to drop and smash my phone on tiled flooring (I most certainly regretted switching things up in that scenario). So I was pleasantly surprised to see that CaseApp not only offer a range of beautifully designed cases but tough ones at that - upon that discovery, I made my mind up about a collaboration there and then.

I had already made the decision to create a custom design, then came the difficult bit - deciding exactly which products I wanted to design and the pattern that I wanted to go with. I trawled through the CaseApp Instagram feed, as well as Pinterest searching for inspiration but in the end, I opted for the most basic pattern of all, white marble (don't all applaud my originality at once) and placed my blog favicon on it. Product wise, I obviously chose a tough phone case to ensure that my new phone is fully protected and I also went with a laptop skin for my MacBook Pro as it's nearly seven years old now so it's about time I gave it a new lease of life.

The CaseApp range caters to almost every major phone model, so there is bound to be one for you. There is a large range of designs already on their website from nature and animals to destination images and collages - although if none of them appeals to you, then you can always create your own at no extra cost!
On the topic of cost, a standard phone case is £19 but for £3 more you can have a beautiful yet sturdier case from their 'tough' range and it's definitely worth it. The extra layer of silicone does make it slightly more difficult to press the volume and power buttons, but that's my only gripe! MacBook skins are also £22 and are very easy to adhere to the laptop - if you don't own a MacBook, don't be put off as there many other skins available for various brands and products.

I am very happy with the service provided by CaseApp, it only took a few days for my items to arrive and they are packaged in a small brown box (for the case) and flat cardboard for the skin, making it easier to be posted through the door which means that there's no waiting around at home for your items to arrive.

These products would make brilliant gifts for anybody and for any occasion. You can use my 20% discount code LOLAFAITH20 if you want to make an order, or alternatively, you can head on over to my Instagram page to enter my first ever giveaway where you can win a CaseApp product.
